Worst bank to bank with.

Took in some rolled coin to exchange for bills for my job. Was told because I wasnt a customer, they could not do this simple transaction. RUDE.

Worst of the worst bank. Please be way from this bank. I opened the business account fro here. When all my banking information goes to every where like IRS, state and federal governments office they call and say they will no longer want to bank with me because they dont handle my business type. I told them what I need for my business before I open the account. They were okay before and when I start my business they canceled my account. Please dont ever open any account here.

Been banking with them for over 20 years. My kids even opened an account over there. With my business going downhill, I had a bit of hardship. Took on a job in a warehouse where it is really really hot and muggy. I work in an area where there is less circulation. After paying bills, I had 3 dollars and something left in my account. I had two days left till payday so I thought I will be able to at least get a drink a day until my next payday. Pointwest felt they needed that money more than I did and yanked it out due to their new rule I had no idea about as I have been with them so long and never thought about it. My hardship was their gain. Did the same thing to my son too ( we work at the same place) We will be pulling our accounts soon after I transfer everything to our new bank that will not feed on other people's hard times. Never too late to find a new family bank I suppose.
