After our detached garage and part of our historic home were destroyed in a fire, Blake, Tom and Chuy helped us navigate a complicated rebuilding process during the lockdowns and supply chain uncertainties with professionalism and an abundance of grace, consideration, patience, and good humor. Blake has good judgement, vision, and can really problem-solve an old house. It's a beautiful thing to watch. There were hiccups, as in any remodel, but Blake consistently made things right and bore with us in our ignorance and inexperience. The new detached shop and carport are truly lovely, (who says that about a carport?), matching the period of the house, and the attic conversion that gave us a new staircase in our living room and additional bedrooms and a bath tucked into the eaves draws both surprise and compliments: Surprise that the stunning oak staircase isn't original to the home, and compliments on the spaciousness and quality of the work. Our family and puppy lived in the home as we homeschooled throughout the 18-month long, two phase reconstruction. Everyone Blake sent to work here was a delight to meet, efficient, and family-friendly. Also, highest compliments on his choice of project managers. We all appreciated Tom's smile when we answered the door and his eagerness to solve every building puzzle (matching 1920s built-in bookcase trim perfectly!), and Chuy's friendly efficiency and master-level people skills. Motex is run with old-fashioned integrity. You can't go wrong.

We contracted Motex for a home remodel in 2022. They were extremely professional and genuinely care about their clients. If there was ever a bump (which is to be expected) they made sure that communication and expectations were clear and guided us in the right direction. The project manager was on the scene daily with a happy face and good sense of humor. And when Blake was needed without a doubt he would be there which says a lot about him as the owner. I know we werent their biggest project but he still cared about the quality of the work and happiness of his clients. And of course when the unexpected happened and we needed to pivot they ensured we were still able to achieve the design we had envisioned. They really did their best to make sure we were happy. They finished more than 6 months ago and still follow up with us on a few things that changed because of weather/seasons. They have a wealth of knowledge and Im so glad we trusted them with our home. On top of their professionalism and high moral standards they did beautiful work! I wake up everyday so happy looking at my spaces. If we ever remodel again, without a doubt we will contact Motex.

Tom, Chuy, and the whole MOTEX crew did an outstanding job on our remodel! Tom ensured they accounted for all of our expectations and gave us an accurate quote in just a few days. Chuy supervised all the work and stayed in regular contact with me via text and phone calls when he wasn't on site. The project was completed with skill, on time, and on budget. If you're looking for a quality renovation, MOTEX should be your top choice!

Motex Construction didn't build anything for me just yet. I'm simply leaving a review because the answered KY call and we're very up front about their workload and potential inability to take on my project at the time. Honesty and being up front goes a long way.

Motex converted our patio into an enclosed sun room. We are very pleased with the new addition. Blake and his team worked closely with us with the planning and finishing to create something that is exceptional. Just had our first Thanksgiving with our extra space. It was wonderful to spread out with our 29 guests. Thanks to the entire Motex team.
