I started to go a few months ago there was an amazing girl that worked there I do t remember her name she was Hispanic and young she did great but here the last 2 times I went awful the Russian lady who is the manager is rude and does not know how to do eyebrows at all when I went my 2 mf time I asked for the other she said she isnt here I told her Ill Come when she is here she got very defensive and red in the face very bad business

I was so frustrated with the technician. She put all the blame on me for a microblading that looks bad after one week of having it done. Theres some bald spots in my eyebrows and it made me very conscious now because its very noticeable. When she saw me, instead of asking me if everything is okay, she said why are you here, its not your appointment time yet.I expected her to be more professional and empathetic because I was anxious of how it look. She was very defensive instead.
