0/10 recommend. Called at 8 am rep was quick grabbed my phone number and said she will call me back and never did. I HAD TO CALL BACK around 3pm rep was very rude, no type of help, barely let me talk. Sounded bothered that she even had to work. Kept repeating to call my insurance to get a bigger vehicle not sure if they get paid more for that even AFTER I stated I can drive a smaller car or basically any car while my car is getting fixed in the shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Super disappointing when you make a reservation for a rental a week in advance and you get there and are told that they dont have a vehicle for you. After hearing their excuses of why it happened, I was told it would be 24 hours before I could a rental. Hertz was able to get me in a rental inside of an hour. Your competition isnt even in competition with you. You have taken yourself out of the game.

They called me the day of, just hours before my reservation, to say the didn't have my rental or anything of the size I needed. I made my reservation a month ago. Customer service was completely rude and unhelpful in trying to get a replacement. She literally just kept saying it wasnt her fault. Even if its not her fault, my holiday plans of going to see my family are screwed because of Enterprise. They gave me no solution or helpful tip, just "sorry, it's not my fault"
