        I switched over from Verizon and its honesty the best decision ever! The employee there named Joel outdid himself! He made the process so easy & was able to move everything from my old phone to my new phone in minutes! He also got me approved for the acp program and was able to save even more

        Went to this cricket location. They had a sign on the door (went to bank). Waited 30 minutes employee returned with food. The employee went in and locked the door. We stood at the door for 10 minutes then left. Maybe they should change their hours of operation. Anyway we will try a different location.
