        Changing carriers has always been dreadful. I just signed up with T Mobile and with Craigs help, he made sure everything was done correctly. He was so patient and thorough, and even assisted me with getting my app set up.

        Went in to pay our cell phone bill at this newly opened T- Mobile in Bellmead and ask about any good deals on phones.The person helping me did not have a lot of personality, zero charisma, nor energy. You would ask that person a question, and they would begin talking, and then their voice would just trail off into a mumble. I couldn't hear or understand what they were saying? I hope I'm not sounding too harsh with my review but this was my impression of my first time visiting this store, and I left feeling very unimpressed with customer service & slightly annoyed.

        Craig was amazing and walked us through all the details and options of trading in and/or purchasing the iPhone 15. He was honest and forthcoming with all the options and pricing. Highly recommend this location!
