Drive through, picked up a bag of decaf coffee which they offered to grind. Sumatra flavor was soothing & I recommend. I asked about a pour over, but a new employee helping me wasn't sure if they do it. I'll inquire next time.

A line of people waiting on drinks. Every drink had owners name yelled out. 15 minutes later, they finally get to mine. The guy brings it to the counter. Looks at my name, then says the names of the drink. So I ask, what's the name. He looks again and says Crazy. I say, is my name, just like every other name you hollered out. My name is on the drink. And they wonder why I won't tip. You can't say my name, you don't deserve a tip.. My name is on my account, or it wouldn't be on the damn drink. It's also on my credit card, that paid for this overpriced non customer service locations. If has to stop. Just like the tipping did. More hr training needed at this location. If the name is on the ticket, who the hell are you to decide if I want my name called by the drink I order... ???

Dont know why this location is rated so high it was 7pm store sign says close at 930 and they locked the doors and they wouldnt let us in
