I have a Mac mini older model I want to upgrade because its moving slower than pond water. I found Waco tech on Google and from the initial call I was properly greeted with confidence that I called the right man for the job. I explained to Hector what was going on with it and he not only was helpful in recommending the course of action that can remedy the situation but he also used his expertise and experience to save me money. He is a Godsend Im excited to have them service my computer and will follow up with this review on the results once the job is completed. If you have issues with your new or existing PC this should be the first call you make. Thank you for your patience and honesty. Excellent service and customer care and reasonable hours
