        Terrible service from both the secretaries and the lawyer. If I could leave 0 star I would leave that. The lawyer neither answers nor returns calls. We feel discrimination for being Hispanic, PUERTO RICAN

        If I could give these people 0 stars I would. He treated my husband like he was just another file on his desk. Rushing me off the phone and purposely giving me and my husband false info just so we could leave him alone. As soon as the court paid him he quit answering questions. He wouldnt even speak to me anymore. The receptionist Veronica or whoever her name is, is RUDE and disrespectful. They are completely unprofessional and I wouldnt touch this law firm with a 12 inch pole. Highly disappointed. I would not recommend at all.

      Everyone on my staff is fluent in Spanish and we help Hispanic families all the time. Our staff has gone out of the way to try to answer all of your questions about your son’s case. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to address issues where he is represented by another lawyer. As we have always taken your frequent phone calls and attempted to answer all of your questions, I feel you may have left this review at the wrong law office web page. This is a completely inaccurate representation of the amount of time we have spent with you and the efforts we have made to keep you updated.

      I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied with the outcome of your husbands agreement. As we explained to you on the phone calls we had with you, there are some decisions that courts make that are out of the control of the lawyers. I like to address all concerns but I am confused by your comment about payment because this was a court appointment and I spoke with you more than once and followed up with the court after the case was completed. But again, I am sorry you were disappointed with the result.
