We came to Tilson after having paid an architect to design our forever home, but having failed to find anyone willing to build it on our property. We were paired with Mariah and immediately our dreams began to fall into place. Mariah helped us merge parts of our plan with one of Tilsons plans and the magic unfolded. We started with Mariah over a year ago and finally got to the point where we felt like we could go ahead and start the process to build our new home. She has been the most professional and wonderful person to work with! She has been very patient with us and all of our many changes, answers all of our questions and is extremely helpful. While we are early in the building process we are so excited and looking forward to continuing a great experience!

I had nothing but a good experience with Tilson. If youre looking to build a custom home and want to start the process, I would recommend asking for Lacey! She went above and beyond and made the process so easy. Super informative especially with how they do financing. Always sent a summary email on each consultation. She helped create the house of our dreams. They also have different floor plans and pricing is very transparent especially with upgrades. You wont regret building with Tilson! We highly recommend Tilson to build your next home and Lacey Moss to help you get that home designed and to construction without delay! We bought land in Adkins TX in December of 2022 on a visit we had with friends living in the area. We were living in Columbia South Carolina at the time. We looked at several differant options for what we were going to have built. We reviewed several different builders and companies in the area. We looked at manufactured homes, barndominiums, pre-fab, metal buildings, log cabins, and stick-built opportunities. We wanted a builder to work with that we could trust and that would be there long after our home was finished. We were impressed by Tilson's story, family founded with a proven history throughout Texas. They weren't the largest builder in our area but they were the best builders and the ones that earned our business. We liked that they valued many of the things we are looking for in this process. We had such a good experience with Tilson right from the beginning. Our Sales Associate, Lacey Moss, has been fantastic. She really made us feel comfortable with the Tilson process and did a great job communicating with us every step of the way. She helped us visualize our dream home and did a substantial amount of work in the background to get our plan modifications incorporated into the base plan we selected. She has always been patient and professional with us. She went out of her way to help us find ways around engineering limitations to achieve the visions we had for our home. Did I mention we were 1500 miles away during this process? That did not keep Lacey from delivering above expectations. She did not let the distance affect our experience at all. Even though we are just starting construction, I am certain we will get the best build possible by the best builder in Texas. I have been to 5 of their model home centers and have seen their quality up close. I am very impressed by their work and the details they pay attention to in the build. I have had a few homes built in the past with New Construction builders in other areas. Tilson's build is way above the quality I have experienced previously. I also know that they will be around long after my home is finished and they stand behind their work. I look forward to posting a review upon completion of our home in 2024. For now, I will enjoy watching the process. I think that Lacey helped us create a unique floor plan that I look forward to showing off on a future episode of Tilson Live so stay tuned everyone.
