Dr Chudej is the best dentist I ever had and his dental assistants are amazing. However there was an incident that occurred. I understand it's a business and there are policies in place but there was absolutely no reason for the receptionist to be rude and sarcastic like she was especially when someone is being nice to her. Maybe she needs more training on professionalism and customer service. Especially when someone has to pay money for services, no one should have to deal with an ignorant receptionist. There's a professional way to address situations without being rude. I'm sorry that life happens, that I'm a full time employee, full time student, full time mom, and get overwhelmed. Sorry my babysitter may cancel last minute or things come up. You don't know what others go through, courtesy goes a long way. Some people can't relate or will ever experience what you go through.

I cannot express how awesome it is to walk into this office and get treated with such care! Everyone is always smiling and kind. During my dental work, they check with me multiple times to make sure Im okay, they make sure you understand whats happening during the treatments you receive and they genuinely are great people! Thank you Dr. Chudej and all of the ladies from office staff to dental staff! You all truly make going to the dentist a much better task!
