Called for an estimate. Estimator spent so little time I had no chance to ask any questions. Acted like he was trying to talk me out of having the work done. Or maybe he just didn't want the job. It was insulting.

They came out to check the same day I called and installed a ground, theyre really fast. Had to call the next day due to my lights dimming. Instead of charging, they told us the exact issue and it was Oncor that had to fix it. I really appreciate not getting charged for things that we dont need, theyre awesome.

They sent out an electrician that diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes and had the replaced switch completed in another 10 minutes. The price was fair as well. Very satisfied.

First of all about two years ago three employees were clearly intoxicated at a local restaurant talking loudly about female anatomy and one of them thought it would be extraordinarily funny to bounce a fork off of my shoulder now had I been 20 and a college student of the garden Baylor variety they would have probably refrained but appearing homely and a middle age female it was just another nod to the derogatory regard for women that are considered frumpy so with that being said to avoid the usual response that our workers would never do would that naturally the hometown toxic nature would defend their good time frat brats and local red neck yacht club oh and just the other day I had the extreme pleasure of being cut off in traffic at the intersection of Hewitt drive and chapel road heading towards refresco and Mars so I cannot give these inebriated incompetent puppets and their leaders anything other but one star as it wouldnt allow zero this place should be shut down as there is no telling how many groped or drunken work has been completed in residences or businesses any other person would have handed their sorry backsides to them for the fork incident but I chose to have class and tenacity so do us all a favor Bowen electric and drain the swamp of your office and maybe do some drug screens and random physicals and possibly hire staff that doesnt engage in talking about cats and backsides I know someone will have a icy response but I dont care that is precisely what is wrong with the world today you cant say anything well I refuse to be silent sorry cupcake deal with it .
