        Went in with my pitbull for 3 gun shot wounds. Staff was incredible! Literally every person I came in contact with was caring and passionate. They let you know from the start what to expect. I am so thankful for the team that worked with my baby. Hes home and getting ALL the lovins. Thank you Waco Animal Emergency Clinic!

        Our puppy got some shots today and was having serious allergic reactions to them, (swelling in eyes, face & throat) and needed help quickly. We were very disappointed in the way one of the vets treated us. We asked if we should take him back to the clinic we got them done at because we knew it would be cheaper, as we asked her she said that they were probably closed, as we were debating on what to do she rudely said to us then take him there then (even though she knew they were closed) then she turned around being very cocky and walked away from us as if we werent in need of quick help, when in reality we were just wondering if we could save a couple of dollars by taking him elsewhere. In doing so she gave us no hospitality. We ended up having to rush all the way to Temple to the next nearest emergency vet clinic who understood the severity of the situation. This is the second time we have had an emergency, the last time we thought our puppy had parvo and needed a quick test ended up waiting for 4 hours. This clinic just does not care about your animals, they do not care if you have an emergency, they take their time with everything, even when they know time is against you.

        Went there on the Absolute Worst day of My Life and came out feeling not only Robbed of My BFF but of my Bank Account Also!!!! Charged for Services Not Rendered, don't even know if there was a Veterinarian on site? Just saw a Receptionist and another Girl, who handed me My BFF in a bag after we were shuffled into a room for a total of no more than 15mins!!!

Open 24 hours on Weekends and Holidays and Weekdays from 6pm-8am, we give you the peace of mind to know we're here when you need us. We can handle any after hours situation that may develop and we offer over night (or weekend) care of hospitalized patients from our referring veterinary clinics.
