We were extremely disappointed. This was my son's only prom and we wanted to do something special for his girlfriend's corsage and his boutonniere. We planned in advance. I sent pictures of the dress and the style we wanted. I followed up with a text the day before pickup to make sure it would be ready at noon as discussed.
When I arrived to pick up, they said they texted everyone that it wouldn't be ready until 1:00-1:30. They didn't text me. They offered to deliver it to us at 1:30-1:45. We waited until 2:00 and no delivery. I called asking if they were delivering soon and they said they just finished it and would be there. 2:30 and still no delivery. My son was leaving in 2 hours, so I told them I'd just come back and pick up now.
When I arrived she showed me the corsage and I was, to say the least, disappointed. The corsage was 3 tiny white flowers, which were partially damaged, with 2 rhinestones in the middle and a bow. It wasn't at all what I expected from a professional florist. The 1 flower for the boutonniere was bigger than the corsage! They said they ran out of the bigger flowers....how do you run out of flowers, you're a florist!? Needless to say, I won't be using them in the future.

Even though our order was placed last minute, especially for the tropical-like theme that we requested on such short notice, Cathy (the Owner of a Rare Bloom) and her staff came through with exceptional customer service. Like the rest of her designs, the easel spray she created for my late aunt was nothing short of stellar! The thought and care she put into the final product was created with love and true floral artistic expression. Hands down the best easel spray and floral design we have seen thus far from Hawai'i to Texas! Don't hesitate to put your trust in Cathy to provide quality unique floral arrangements (as we are blown away by the product she delivered to my dear aunt's funeral today) -- We know my dear aunt would have absolutely loved it!
