First the good We had them out about three years ago to do the rain gutters on the front of the house and they did a fantastic job. We got him to give us a bid for the back. It was very reasonable. We said ok. He told us theyd get to it within the week Now the bad They never showed back up. Then this week we called on Monday because the area they had patched was leaking again (its an old roof so not a surprise). He said he might make it out Monday but it would probably be later int the week. Wednesday comes and no call no show. We were expecting heavy rain Thursday and its about an hour job to patch (that how long it took the first time). We called Wednesday and he told us hed be here that afternoon. Again, no call no show. We called him this morning (Thursday). We were told hed be here within the hour. Two hours laterno call no show. Its sad. They DO do good work. But theyre incredibly unreliable.

This company is top notch! Mr. John, the owner, is a humble and pleasant person. You can tell by the way he runs his business that he does this to truly help. After being burned by money hungry businesses this was a breath of fresh air. I will be using this company for all my roofing and plumbing needs in the future. WELL-DESERVED 5 stars!
