Fixed a problem with my granddaughter sew in that another popular hair designer messed up. They squeezed her in because she was so upset. They went above and beyond to fix it for her she's so very happy with the results. Thank you Hair Heries for all that you do.

Terrible service, both times I went had to wait over an hour even with an appointment! Plus the owner is super rude, in person and on the phone. Have to pay in full before to make an appointment. Dont recommend at all. I was in pain for over a week!

The owner is a bit rude and unprofessional. She acts like shes doing you a favor by doing your hair. I think a lot of hair stylist forget that its a service industry and not only should your work be good but, also your customer service. She was about 30-45 minutes late to a 10AM appointment. I thought I was the only head she had to do but no, she had three total heads at 10 AM. She never once apologized for being late, instead she rushed to braid us down. I understand that things happen but you should still at least be remorseful and at least make us feel like you care. All in all, the hair i bought from her store is soft, doesnt tangle and minimal shedding. i like the hair. the sew in is very tight and bulky looking. Not a flat install at all. I probably will not visit this salon ever again.

I paid $145 to get a quick sewn in weave. When I got there the women that I was scheduled with to do my hair says my hair is not 3 in. There's a extra $130 I have to pay up top of the $145 I paid online to book a appointment. They talk to me in to gluing in a wig and some other ideas. They picked out a couple wigs for me to decide on. I picked one. They put stuff in my hair. Put a haircut on my hair. Put me under this heat thing and then put the wig on. My head is on fire. It was way too tight. My circulation was bad. I had very bad experience. This was for my birthday/ wedding this month. I was not told that I had to pay an extra $130 that was not anywhere on the information of booking an appointment. I took the wig off. Found a hole in the wig towards the middle top of my head on the wig. I would not recommend this place
