        My hair was blonded and chemically cut by Suzy Shilling Hendrix. She was given an exact formula and decided to not be forth right with her ingredients. I would highly advise not to have your hair cut or blonded by this cosmetologist as I also needed to have the hair cut she did repaired. Nice person, just needs extensive training in blonding and cutting.

      Im terribly sorry to hear this. As the owner i had no idea. So i feel this review is a bit unfair but i understand why your upset! At Reflexions we are all independent contractors. We strive to keep 5 stars. If your person you saw gave you a bad experience please review them on their own business profile unless the company did something. As independent contractors they all have been licensed and have hours from the state. They continue education every 4 years. I'm sorry you had this experience and hope to be able to make this right.
