Vanessa was superb. She rescued what started out as me possibly leaving for the second time, but I stayed and did take out a minimal CD as advertised. Not as important as other deposits, l know.
Money is not the only draw for any financial business. Quality of customer care and respect of customers IS an important quality...at least for me, a 'little customer'.

Today I signed for my first home and I couldn't end the day without calling Lisa of the Mortgage Loan team to say thanks for all the help. Lisa you made this entire experience light, fluffy and fun.
