Purchased a certified pre-owned in mid April. Part of the negotiation was replacement of the chipped windshield. I was told it was already planned for replacement and was on order. It's been almost 3 months now, and I've called three different times each time with a promise that someone will look into and get back to me. Nothing so far.
Update: its now end of October and I still havent had any contact from the dealership.

They are holding our car hostage!!!
Insurance made check out to Greg May Hyundai and because they changed ownership they are making insurance stop payment on their check and send another one, but won't let us have our car until its reissued, car has been ready for a week! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- they know they're going to get paid!
Not a good way to start a new dealership!! Stealership!

Waco Hyundai is keeping my car hostage! My car had to be towed to their service department on October 9th. At that time they were Greg May Hyundai. My insurance company made check to Greg May.The next week the dealership was sold and is now Waco Hyundai. My car was fixed and ready for pick up last week but they refuse to give me my car!!! Waco Hyundai said they are waiting for a new check from my insurance made out to the new owners. This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They have not once called me with any updates the entire time my car has been there. In fact, they would not even give me a quote on it until I physically went up there in person. I dont recommend buying a Hyundai because you will not want to have to use their service department for maintenance or repairs.
