Like the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Every time I contact them about anything that involves my insurance Im always getting cut off or receive attitude. I called today to ask them to please fax a copy of my Insurance to my lend holder and got told that its wasnt their job and they dont have to do it because they had already did it once, two days before I called and was told that they close in 30 minutes and would handle my problem at another time. The man there clearly hates his job he always has a bad attitude! He was on speaker and the people around me even said his attitude and rudeness were uncalled for, from the day I got my insurance there its been a hassle to get assistance with anything . If you want cheap insurance but to get treated poorly go there. Also please dont call and ask them about your policy. Its clearly not their problem like the manager made sure to tell me today. Customer service is not their strong point but I do think its important to have some kind of patience if you want to keep your customers.
