      Hey there Charles! While I always like a good review, I don't see that you are actually in my client book. I have my own Goosehead agency in Waco, TX, connected to Goosehead Corporate (DFW area) as a franchisee, and am wondering who your agent actually is. I know I am very visible on Google so there was obviously some confusion. You may want to search out your agent by name and re-submit a review for him/her if they are set up on Google.
