        This is the worst insurance agent I've had. I tried multiple times to contact the office, but my messages were not returned. I requested that they cancel my policy in 2022, but they refused, and simply kept billing until I stopped paying near the end of last year. They then sent a bill to collections. The lack of communication was atrocious; they essentially held my account for an endless ransom.

        We saw Mr. Black. He's the best. We were so confused over insurance my dad just retired n I'd needed affordable insurance. HE met with us 3 times helped us the whole way through the process. Felt like we had someone that had our best interest as he tailored plans and gave good advice that fit our needs. It felt like was seeing an old friend he was such a big help
