I want to complain about the bad service I got when I tried to cancel my home insurance. I called in February to cancel, but a month later, they still charged me. When I called again, a guy named Michael was rude and told me to call the insurance company myself. He should've told me that earlier. He didn't even give me their number. Finally, when I did call them, they said the person who handled my cancellation didn't do it properly. Don't bother dealing with this company; they're unreliable and don't communicate well.
