Very Disappointed with Fortress Insurance Group. After closing on our home almost 8 months ago, we find out we never had home owners insurance. Mike the agent told our mortgage company that he notified us and we never called him back. FALSE. We have called the office 5 times to find out what happened, cannot get anyone on the phone and are now scrambling to find coverage.

Amazing experience with this company. Mike Donohue helped me with my home and auto policies, and Jonathan Schaefer helped with my auto and general liability policies for my business. They both saved me a lot of money. The agent I was using before I reached out to Fortress didnt explain anything to me, was very impersonal, and took a long time to get back to me. Mike and Jonathan both took the time to teach me what my policies actually covered, got to know my specific needs, and never pressured me to use them or buy any policies. In fact, Jonathan went through all of my current business policies and pointed out some coverages that werent necessary for my current situation. I always look to work with people who are teachers, not salesmen. Mike and Jonathan are the epitome of that. Very honest, friendly, helpful, and super accessible when I need help. Possibly the best experience Ive had with a company of any kind.
