Great internet at a bargain price

I have been a customer for many years. When service became even worse during the pandemic I tried to be understanding and patient. Now there is no excuse. I can only get online from 4 am to about 7 am on weekends. Not able to get online after 4 pm during the week. I know many kids are doing their classes online but I pay for full service so should be able to use it. An employee told me a while back that this company keeps adding customers but not increasing the bandwidth to cover the old customers. One employee said she could see I was having a problem on their end. the net call said they would call me with a solution...no call. Now when I call they just hang up on me. I would like to see if my neighbors, in my small town, would like to bring in another provider. A couple are available within 15 miles so if enough of us request service, we may be able to get better a better provider and we can tell CL where to put their service.

Twenty years not one improvement . Will not try to make improvements. But do in the big city's. No help whatsoever. Have been averaging 35 paying for 89 never in 20 years has it ever been hire than 50. But Gatesville Texas is the only service in it. Funny thing they put fiber optics through my yard 5 years ago. The worst service I have ever had from any company. No improvements for over 20 years is crazy.
