I applied for and was approved online, all of my income information was verified by an employee via my checking account, while I was on the phone with him. I was informed all I needed to do was sign my documents and I could go to the store to pick up my cash, when I got there, the First Lady I dealt with was very nice. The male and female managers were not, I was humiliated, asked if I had a job, and then told my income wasnt good enough for their store and they didnt have to go by the same rules as speedy cash online does, they refused to give me my loan after Ive already been approved, verified and signed. After filing a formal complaint I was made aware that they are supposed to go by the same rules. Dont do business with this store unless you want to be humiliated, asked if you have a job and told your benefits arent good enough for our business. They didnt have to verify anything other than my ID, and give me my cash. Absolutely rude, condescending and disrespectful. I have never been made to feel so worthless in all my life.

the guy who started to help me switched or left and the girl who helped me looked half asleep then decided i couldnt get a loan without verifying she never typed or called anything to at least look like she was trying
