I had an interview with Ascension for a customer service positions, I thought it was a good fit, and after speaking further with the manager they actually suggested the marketing department for me. I thought it was really cool of them to take the time to see where my skills will be best utilized and not just where I applied for. I'm excited to start with them soon!

Subsidiary of a company named smart circle. Known for having a pyramid scheme structure where it rewards you more for adding members into your "team". The leadership gives an unrealistic promise of making people rich/free from financial issues in a short period of time(like in a few years). The company will demand most of your time to drive back and forth from Waco everyday in order to have a morning meeting where they will get you to believe (or stay believing) on their cause to do ur best to upsell products to people who may not need the product. For reference to this company just YouTube smart circle or just do a background check on it to see what people say about the company and find out why they try to cover up their actual marketing company name.
