Billy Bob's Burgers Bar & Grill

Food is good but service is very slow. There are a lot of servers working there, so I'm not sure if the kitchen was slow that day or if it was something else. We would go back for the food quality but only of we have unlimited time to spend.

We had a great experience, my s/o was craving a burger since yesterday so I'm glad we came across this place by accident while exploring Waco. (We are from corpus christi TX) I reccomend!

The menu options are great, but I was a bit disappointed in my food. I got the Philly and it had such a strong flavor of black pepper. I'm not against pepper, but I guess I would rather add it myself. The sides were good but didn't have any seasonings at all, so they were kind of unexciting. Seasoning can make or break a dish, and in my case they broke it. Service was fine. Nothing spectacular, but nothing wrong at all. The bathroom is single stall, so it's awkward to stand in the dining room waiting for the person to come out. Overall, the restaurant was fine, but probably not one I'd visit regularly.

I dig a side of fried okra with a burger. Great 1/3 lb burger. Friendly staff! Kid-friendliness: Good options for kids
