Kristin always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of. She has an impressive level of knowledge when it comes to the housing market. She is always quick to respond with answers to all my questions. I appreciate the way she is detail oriented and tries her best to find exactly what Im looking for. She treats every situation as if she is the one buying or selling the property for herself. I can always count on her to look out for me and have my best interests in mind. The way she is versed in communicating with with other real estate agents is very impressive. When there are disagreements about certain verbiage in documents; Kristin is so patient, respectful, and kind throughout the whole process. She makes sure everything is perfect before paperwork is signed. Kristin is always who I recommend when someone is looking for a realtor. The next time I need to buy or sell a home, she will definitely be the one I contact.
