        An enjoyable evening was spent at The Blvd Steakhouse. An upscale restaurant for Waco. The young man who seated us was very polite & friendly. Our server was very attentive in making sure we were taken care of. The short ribs & salmon were cooked to perfection. Definitely a restaurant I will visit again the next time I am in town.

        I hate giving bad reviews but I have to be honest. I went with my husband on a Thursday date night. It took what felt like forever to get our drinks I guess because we were waiting on bartender to make the old fashioned. We already had our appetizer by then which was a pork belly item. It was tasty and well cooked. We shared the branzino. They charged a $6 split fee, which I get, but also didnt split it. So why charge so much?? The fish was bland and dry. The risotto that came with it tasted like sour milk. I mentioned it and they did politely apologized and offered a free desert but we were ready to go. All this to say for what they charge I expect better food and more prompt service. Wont be going back.

        Amazing new restaurant and hotel in Waco! Ordered the burger, shrimp linguini, and steak. Great choice in cocktails. They also have a very nice spacious bar plus a piano! Definitely recommend if you live or visiting Waco.

        Food came out cold, the waitress was busy with another table. A table who came in after us was served and finished eating before we got our meal. Terrible experience.
