Tim, Katy, and the rest of the team at Brigadier were very professional and were great to work with in our process of purchasing a new home. We were looking at a MH home in our city and was able to find it on the BMH site for $20k less, same home with all the upgrades (including skirting). We do not live in the same city as the Brigadier location in Waco but Tim was great about communicating with us in the process and we never had to guess what we needed to do for the next step. If you are looking for a a new place to call home, you need to call Tim. He will take great care of you and you will not be disappointed.

The first time I spoke and met with Brandi she instantly made me feel comfortable. She was super nice and understanding. Brandi helped walk me through everything. She made the process super easy and quick! She was super responsive with all my questions. I was looking for a home for months and was having a hard time picking one I really liked and she was very patient with me. She went out of her way with helping me buy my first home at 19. Thank you so much.
