Excellent service. Courteous, professional help. I was treated like I was family. Nathan could not have been more helpful. I had a issue with my call speaker on my iPhone 12 and when I came to the Phone MD to get it fixed, the young man that assisted me was so kind and informative! He made my boyfriend and I feel very welcome and made sure to let us know that if I do get the speaker fixed then I would lose the face ID feature on my phone, which I personally didnt care about since I never used it before. He made sure to tell us what he was gonna do with my phone, trying to clean it and hope thatll fix it before just replacing it altogether and charging me. It also was very quick service! My bf and I stayed to wait and they have a very comfortable and clean seating area with a TV and couch, and very entertaining selection of content to watch. If I ever need to get my phone fixed again, I know where Im going and also know who I am gonna recommend for friends! 10/10
