Jennifer was AMAZING to work with! We moved from Kansas City, MO to Waco, Texas and had to do everything virtually! Jennifer responded to every email within minutes no matter what time! We are first time home owners so we had lots of questions! She answered all questions very thoroughly and was EXTREMELLY helpful and made everything very smooth! I would highly recommend her!

Jennifer Sims is absolutely the best at what she does - hands down! You'll think you're her only client because she is so attentive and personal. She will help you through the entire mortgage process, but also has recommendations for everything else you'll need from inspections to insurance to handyman services. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Jennifer Sims at SWBC on Waco Dr is AMAZING. Even though it would mean a massive amount of work for her and her underwriting team, she zeroed in on getting the very best loan for my clients. Jennifer kept both me (the Realtor) and my clients informed every step of the way, was always very quick to respond to questions, and was pro-active in requesting documents. I can’t think of how she could be any better at communication. And she truly cares… my client’s simply adore her.
