Excellent service from Ben Holder and the team at The Koehn Mortgage Group! Ben patiently walked me though the lending options for my first rental property working diligently with the lender to mitigate issues that came up during the process and got us to a speedy close. Even after funding, Ben was attentive to the point of offering to help me unload a trailer full of furniture. I highly recommend this team.

I worked with Ben Holder for over a year getting financed for my Barndominium and he was nothing short of amazing. He was very down to earth, patient, and knowledgeable...
