        5 days ago, our 501(c)3 organization reached out to the Cooper Foundation via phone. Nobody answered. The following day our organization made a 2nd attempt. Nobody answered. A final attempt was made and like the previous attempts, no response. This last attempt included a long, detailed voicemail regarding why the Cooper Foundation was being contacted. 5 days later...NO RESPONSE! The Cooper Foundation has forgotten WHO their customer is and WHO they serve: THE GRANTEE! How a foundation that is worth millions cannot pay for a secretary to answer phone calls and respond to messages is LUNACY or a false sense of their placement in the pecking order of foundations and charitable giving. DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO CONTACT THE COOPER FOUNDATION!
