        Amazing service!! I was a walk in and they took me in immediately and helped me in the best way! Their telemedicine practices are amazing!! Way to keep up with the times! The staff at this location in Waco made my time in the store not only fast but very fun! Also, my glasses were completed in 20 minutes!! The manager Dylan started me out and Maria took care of me with the sale. I see why this location is great due to the amazing managers on staff! Thank you for an incredible experience!! I will be bringing my family here in the near future! Thank you again for an awesome experience!!! We will be back!!!!!

        Had appointment, called ahead of time and verified insurance acceptance, morning of appointing called to again verify insurance acceptance and was told everything was good. I arrived, checked in and was told they don't actually verify insurance acceptance until you get there and mine was not accepted. Was offered to keep my appointment and pay cash, no other options. Again, this was after checking twice that my insurance was accepted, prior to going.
