Fresh Coat Painters of Waco

My experience with Fresh Coat started off on a good note. Rebecca was responsive to my request for quote. She was also quick to come look at the job and get a finalized quote back to me. Her painters did good work on surfaces that did not need much prep work(power wash and paint). The one surface (metal overhead door) that needed additional prep work to get the paint to adhere properly they did not do good job at all. They tried painting over peeling paint and the new paint started peeling up. Instead of trying to prep the surface they chose to power wash the door again and repaint with the same results. After I told Rebecca I would not accept the job if the paint was still peeling Rebecca decided to walk off the job leaving the door unpainted. Her reason for leaving the job, was that she was loosing to much money. I feel that she underestimated the job which makes me question her expertise in the field. I was left to find someone else to finish the job.

We used this company for a recent paint job in our home. The painters arrived on time and finished the job as planned. The cost of the job including paint was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company for any painting job.

My wife and I were looking for someone to wash and stain our deck, and Fresh Coat of Waco stood out. Rebecca and her crew were professional and courteous, and they got the job done quickly and effectively. We would highly recommend.

I had my house painted by Freshcoat of Waco. Quality Sherwin-Williams paint was used. It was an excellent paint job and all the places were fixed where the wood needed repair. Freshcoat stayed with my job until it was finished. Highly recommend them.

I recommend Fresh Coat without a doubt! They painted two bedrooms in my home and not only was the work awesome, but the employees were so professional and went above and beyond. Even sweeping my floors when they finished! Easy process from bid to completion. Will definitely use them again.
