They came right out. They did a wonderful job. They replaced my gas lines. They didn't stand around talking, they were focused on the job. They were knowledgeable about current codes. They will be my first choice, actually my only choice. Ladies, they are not going to try to take advantage. Trust me, I have had the experience of being over charged and flat out been lied to. Thank you all guys!

Willis Plumbing came out to my house because we were getting a septic smell from underneath our toilet. They removed the toilet, put a screw in the flange and concrete, and replaced the wax ring. They told my husband that they probably didnt fix it, but then charged us $475. They even said it was something wrong with my septic system. They didnt fix it, but gladly took my money. Thankfully, we had a different plumber come out who actually knows what hes doing and fixed it. It wasnt the septic system and didnt require 1000s of dollars to repair like Willis Plumbing suggested it would. Service: Toilet repair

Made my problem worse broke pipe left, replaced nothing,said they could come back and fix problem but would cost me around 2.000, was there less than an hour. Service: Drain cleaning
