Mike, this is Byron Graves (we went to Midway High School together) and I have to say your plumber, Eli is the GREATEST! His professionalism, his attention to detail and his courtesy to me and my mom (Carolyn Graves) is WONDERFUL. We plan to use your business from here on out (in fact, Eli is coming tomorrow to fix a bad leak in the master bathroom). Anyway, just wanted you to know you've got a customer for life. Go Panthers! Two blocked drains in the hall bathroom: FIXED! Numerous issues in our utility bathroom: FIXED! Master bathroom (BAD LEAK IN TUB) per the meter reader that came to the house this week, the utility company sent him back to her house later that afternoon on the same day because the discrepancy was so great. It was determined that in those few short hours, she had lost over 800 gallons! ELI FIXED IT IN NO TIME. (my 87 years young mom is not to blame though, she is visually impaired & suffers from wet macular degeneration in both eyes plus no one was using that bathroom during the time of the leak). UPDATE (Sat. 1/20/2023) Mike, Besides Eli's great service, my mom & I wanted to send our compliments to you regarding Gilbert (your tile man) and his BEAUTIFUL work! My mom says it has never looked better and I have to agree! Besides being a TRUE TILE ARTIST, Gilbert was so friendly & kind to my mom and I. The very first time I introduced myself, he remembered my first name & always greeted me cheerfully with it. That may seem insignificant, but to me customer service is the key to business success. Your employee, Eli & independent contractor, Gilbert are genuine assets to Mike Staas Services, as are your friendly office staff who answer the phones when we call. When a time consuming job is in process and being worked, your dedicated staff, kindly contacts my 87 (years young) mom keeping her updated & patiently answering any questions. Not sure if it was a driver from this location or the other, but thought Id share my experience. I was driving on the highway (in the far right lane going above the speed limit) when a driver decided to ride my butt very very closely. When he realized I was not going to speed up any more, he slowed down and decided to jump in between 2 18-wheelers barely missing either of them in the process. (Into the middle lane, with NO blinker) After, he proceeded to jump in the farthest left lane and speed up, eventually getting in the middle lane. Then when his lane was WIDE OPEN, he decided to jump in the farthest left lane again, cutting off another car closely causing them and the person behind them to slam on their brakes! (Did NOT use a blinker) Then decided to start speeding up very fast, way above the speed limit. He is very lucky he did not cause an accident with his aggressive driving.
