        If you are looking at a property from this company, they will not let you know if there who knows how many people are in front of you. So you send a application per person ($50 per person) then leave you with no communication at all. So you dont know whats going. So your application is just pretty much a tip to the company for wasting your time, while you could look at other properties when you are on a timeline. I think this is extremely rude and scammy. Way to take peoples money, when they already have the person they are going to rent the property but dont tell you, so you dont waste your time. No communication what so ever.

        I have made several work orders to have my ac fixed and its been a couple of weeks now and I have power outlets that need taken care of because a few of them don't work. They fixed ac that worked for half a day and now it doesn't work it is hot as hell and I can only do so much to keep my place cool. This is ridiculous I've never had this much trouble dealing with a rental property company. I do not recommend them

      The complaint from this resident is 100% legitimate. However, unbeknownst to him, his aim is a little off. Prior to our being hired to manage this property, the owner purchased a policy from Choice Home Warranty, obligating us to go through them for this type of problem. As soon as we heard from the resident, which was on a weekend, we began calling CHW in pursuit of their positive response to this problem. Literally a dozen more calls to them since then has yielded unsatisfactory results for our resident, including three more calls today. It is pathetic service. The owner is aware. The service tech is aware. Choice Home Warranty is hyper aware of these unsatisfactory results. Unfortunately, the resident still suffers and we are sorry. Choice Home Warranty continues to provide terrible service; no, they are providing no service. However, irrespective of his negative feelings about us currently, we will continue to try to make progress on behalf of this resident.
