        Never answer their phone, they sent emails saying they were going to be fixing our roof on Saturday the 29th. No one ever came. They don't follow through and ignore your calls. They raise rent by 250 or more every year. Avoid at all costs.

        Our electricity and water heater went out and everyone from Lexi maintenance who checked out the house was super helpful and made sure we got checked and taken care of to Taylor who made calls to send the right people over to us. Very grateful of the people who took care of us.

      We're genuinely saddened to see this review, Tabbitha. As discussed at your renewal, we allow our property owners to make decisions on how much rent to charge, as it’s their property. We don't enjoy causing hardships for our tenants, and as you recall, we went above and beyond to get you the best rate we could.We only had so much control over your roof repair as well since an independent contractor was used, and we are at the mercy of their schedule in those situations. While we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to answer every call that comes in, we always return them within the same business day. Please leave us a message next time and we assure you that we will call you right back.
