    My experience has been terrible and they know why and yet , still dealing with the same issues. The location is great ,the units are way over priced for the age and no amenities in my unit. Baited and switched. Make sure you view the unit you are renting and have the details documented on your lease before signing. I didnt get that privilege, no explanation of the property. I have posted and updated several reviews and can't blame others not having the same business integrity I have. . Nothing in here is energy efficient and its going to cost you more in utilities if you're thinking this is a deal. No insulation, out dated appliances, and windows that are single paned and no noise filter . I should have paid better attention. This is for future residents, no more complaints, won't do any good anyway. Security officers never stop by or call you back either you have a concern. Go ahead and spend that extra 50.0 on rent in a newer building with energy efficient status cause this place is not at all up to even government housing standards. A lot of unhappy residents. Thank you Randy Hale for taking care of the work orders in a timely manner, one of the great things about living here.

    I just finished my 18-month lease. I had no issues with management, and the grounds keeper was a very nice man, he kept the sidewalks and streets very tidy as well as made it a point to get to know most other residents. Were I to rate the entire experience on those two points 4/5. However, bugs were a bit of a problem, and the fridge wouldn't keep groceries fresh. The previous tennant was a hard-core smoker and throughout the entire lease, it was smelling like it. Also, the AC did not keep cool during the over 100 summer neither keep warm during the 30 and below winter.

    Only pro about this place is the location. Lack of communication and maintenance and the appliances given are outdated. Been waiting for weeks for a maintenance request to clear out dryer vent just to cause more of fire hazard.
