        This was a great little park ! Super sized RV lots with cement pads, large shade trees, grass, picnic tables, and fire pits! Emily and Mark, managers, were so friendly, nice and accommodating. Location was perfect . We'd definitely stay longer next time around!

        No rooms to critique. The park is very well kept up. Shade trees everywhere. I didn't think there is a bad spot in the place. The family that runs it are very pleasant and can answer most questions you may have about the area. If I ever go through Waco again I'll stop there for a night even if I don't need to stop.

        What a great find! We were on our way to South Texas and needed an overnight stay. The father and daughter owners were great! Even gave me a recommendation for a restaurant at our final destination. The park is clean with great trees and level concrete pads. And the prices are fair. No ants or other bugs to be seen which is a bonus in TX. We will definitely stay here the next time we come through Waco.

      Diana, thank you for the great review. I am so glad you mentioned no ants and bugs because we just did a full ant treatment over the whole park by hand! Meticulously! Now, I know it won’t last but yay for now!!! It’s not often we do any type of insect control because the bugs are protein for the birds and it can get animals sick when the eat the grass. We try but to pick our battles living among all the trees. Thank you again and see you next time! Emily and ParkMark
