        Is there any way to take an appointment for SSN update? The wait time was 32 minutes but I am still on automated call since 49 minutes. The most important place but the worst way of taking an appointment. Why dont they have online appointment portal? Every time I try, the wait time is more than an hour.

        Waited on phone for 45 minutes. Then sent straight to "after call survey". Never spoke to an agent. What a waste of time.
