The people were nice but I didn't feel like I got the care I needed. They didn't look at the lump under my armpit that I'm concerned about even though when I called last week I was told it wouldn't be a problem for them to look. They only telling me to find a primary care provider (then telling me they didn't know of any accepting new patients), they refused to refill my migraine pills even though the doctors at other urgent cares and even online have never had a problem (i dont havw the money to go to another urgent care after giving them their copay and i dont abuse it, i get a prescription to take as needed, the last time i had it refilled i got a ten pack with 1 refill 8 months ago and im down to my last pill), and while they looked at my toe they didn't do anything about the problem nail, only giving me an antibiotic which doesn't seem to have helped. Then they told me theyd givr me a note to be excused from work but didnt. Disappointing. The people were kind anyway and I do appreciate that but I won't be going back to this urgent care. For a 65$ copay I would have expected more.

All the staff were wonderful. I was in Texas visiting from out-of-town and in terrible pain and they were extremely sensitive and respectful of my feelings and fears due to the circumstances. My primary caregiver, Shane went above and beyond (i.e., he stayed 3 hours late to be with me). He is a keeper. The x-ray/CT tech was also wonderful. So gentle and caring. Overall, when you need an emergent type care, I would highly recommend this group.

Excellent service, very kind and helpful. Premier ER and Urgent Care was able to help me quickly and professionally with allergy care and I look forward to using their services in the future. 10/10
