First car I had hot the engine went out on 2 weeks...so they have me another vehicle....had it for 3 weeks....same thing. They gave me a loaner and tried to get me to pay for the car to get fixed which was an alternator. Shake my head. I wasn't paying nothing!! I paid 2800 down....and ended up with nothing! Ripped me off!!! Turned them in. Not a good place at all to get anything!

Not worth the hassle. Started a background screening before ever giving me any real numbers on payments which is absurd. Was trying to get approved for a car but they sent me a link and wanted me to log into my bank though some sketchy website. Couldnt get prices on cars just kept asking for more and more personal info. Should have just gone in person instead of wasting my time.

I dont recommend this company for anyone . I was 41 days late on a carnote & after 4 years of not being able to receive paper money or money orders anymore they stated that I had to travel 4 hrs out of my comfort zone when I was able to make the DUE amount for that day THAT DAY over the phone . I spoke with a worker there named Stephanie on 2/29/24 & she proceeded to hang up on my face after me asking to speak with someone with higher authority so I could better understand , the manager proceeded to take the call after I called 9 times & also started to scream at me to listen to her . After asking the manager if they had a corporate office or someone higher than her I could speak with & proper customer service skills or someone who would actually speak to me without screaming over the phone she stated that they didnt have a corporate office & that she was the only manager & continued to say were a small company what do you expect very rude . They continued to hang up in my face after me CALMLY asking questions telling me to have a nice day after screaming at me over the phone it was VERY devastating & heart breaking . you have small companys like this with people who make the company look bad when I know theres SOME professionals & GREAT people that work there .

Dont let all the good reviews fool you, theyre probably fake or MAYBE Im just one of the unlucky ones. We got a car from this place back in February of this year, a day or two later and one of the headlights went out, ok no big deal, we can replace them ourselves. But about a week in, the dashboard showed engine overheating so Vamos sent us to their mechanic & we had to pay a high amount fee, after only having the car for NO MORE THAN A WEEK, after paying them a costly down payment plus the first months note. Now I shouldve wrote this review a long time ago, but just today Im having a big issue with the car and been calling customer service literally all day & they are nowhere to be found, they keep you on hold for hours & when I tried to email them it said message has been blocked so they will try to avoid you at all costs, but they are very quick to take the payment, (which you also have to do yourself, enter your card info and such) no issues with that! Customer service is non existent. This place is an absolute joke, I cant explain the good reviews.
