Avoid doing business with them. Last Sunday, I booked on Airbnb one of their places. One hour later, they messaged me saying they had accidentally double booked the weekend I had booked. Well, I decided to do some research on their website and found the place I had booked on Airbnb was available on their website for two of the three days I had booked. So much for being double booked. Additionally, they are impossible to get in touch with. It seems like a company that intentionally double books places in case of a cancellation. Horrible experience, very unprofessional, do yourself a favor and avoid Waco Vacation Rentals!!!

Rented one of their cabins. Sent us a very nice link to a welcome package with a ton of detail about our stay and surrounding area. Grounds and building are well maintained and very clean. I emailed several questions and always got quick responses. I'm surprised the reviews are negative on here because everything we've experienced is just as advertised.
