I am giving this company location 0 stars. We had a bad experience from this rental place. We reserved a Reefer truck 3 months in advance and literally the day before we were to pick it up, they sent an email saying they were unable to secure our rental.
What makes matters worse about our experience is that we actually called and spoke with their office 1 month prior to our rental date to inquire if they foresee any issues with our rental. At that time the representative mentioned that if they did see any issues, they would call us at least 5 days in advance. Well that never happened. No phone call, just an email. This was very unprofessional and would not recommend renting from this facility unless you want to gamble with your rental.

Quick and fast rental process from start to finish! Was in and out with what I needed to do. Drop-off was simple and painless!
Will be my go-to rental when needing a moving truck from now on.

Poor fuel island! I'm in there often to fuel the company truck I work for. Seems like more often than not they have one of the two fuel bays blocked with a truck just sitting there. I've been told before they're cleaning it, but they have a wash bay next to fuel island. They only ask me once in a while if I want my windshield washed,and they've never offered other windows or mirrors. They never fill it full unless I ask them to and today after sitting out there for 6 minutes I finally see someone. He didn't filled it up pretty close to full but then left the cap loose so I started leaking fuel. No offer to wash any windows but did at least check my oil.
