        Always have a good experience when I take my dogs for vet care there. But today was not as usual, they were very slow in dealing with the reason for the visit, I was there 1hr 45 minutes. Never have I spent that long for an appointment. Very frustrating and a little agitated. When I arrived they were not busy so I really can't explain the issue they were having. I go back in a week for some follow-up, if this happens again I will not be as understanding as today!!
