        This dealership charged me $130 for The Works service. It normally is $49.95 at my local servicing Ford dealer. To add insult to injury, they didnt even rotate the tires! I know that because the front wheels had brake dust on them before AND after they were supposedly rotated (while the back wheels didnt have brake dust). I called to complain, and the service writer told me she would have the service manager call me, but I never received a followup call. I wouldnt normally leave such a review based on a 1-time experience, but we were traveling and had overnighted in Waco. Of course, I never received the Ford survey so there was no chance to give feedback directly to them. Service: Oil change
